The procedure is based on Decision no. 105/26.07.2024 approved by the Senate of “Babeș-Bolyai” University (UBB).

This decision refers to the modification of the Methodology for the automatic recognition of the status of doctoral supervisor, teaching positions, doctoral diplomas, and the title of doctor obtained at accredited higher education institutions abroad, which was approved by the Senate based on Order No. 6753/2023 from December 5, 2023, for the approval of the Methodology regarding the automatic recognition, by higher education institutions, of teaching positions in higher education obtained at accredited higher education institutions abroad.
